The pilot regulator "P-200" has high micro-pressure control capability and is a pressure reducing valve suitable for micro-pressure control. The controllable output pressure ranges from 0.1 kPa to the positive pressure side, and in the case of negative pressure specifications, it ranges from -0.1 kPa.
